come as you are...
your life is beautiful and deserves to be celebrated
“Marina was so good at engaging and interacting with my kids! even with two toddlers and a newborn, she has such a gift of capturing those candid moments effectively while making it playful and fun.”

say 'heeeyyyy'! a real live person (ME! haha) is actually reading this and will get back to youuuuu♥
frequently asked questions...-
listen, I truly THRIVE on chaos and honestly prefer it when kids are able to just be kids! you’ll rarely catch me telling anyone to say cheese, but you’ll always get those smiling photos.
the bonus is that you get a break from telling them what to do during our time together! that way you can just be the fun parent for a change.
your family session is an invitation to slow down and let go of the idea that picture-perfect is the goal because your real life and real moments are already more beautiful.
they only like wearing jelly shoes right now? cool with me!
they keep sucking their thumb? one day will be the last time, but at least you’ll have photos to remember it all.
-
not necessarily, though I really am a sucker for some good ol’ golden hour!
sometimes it’s worth it to push your little one’s bedtime for the sunset photos, but also, you know them best so if you know that they need their sleep (and your sanity depends on maintaining the sleep schedule) we can definitely talk about a different time that fits your family best.
-
not if you don’t want me to!
our personal family decision has been to maintain our children’s privacy on the internet as best as we can until they are old enough to make the decision for themselves.
I respect your family’s right to online privacy, too.
if this is something that’s been holding you back from scheduling a photo session, I’m here for you!! just let me know!

probably my most proud achievement and compliment: “that was the first time my mans actually had fun taking our pictures!”
does he usually like wearing jeans and a cap? does he want to do a silly pose? does he have all. the. dad. jokes?
bring. it. on!
I promise it’s not going to be the same stuffy, awkward experience he may be imagining!
all he has to do is show up ready to love on his favorite people and have a good attitude, I’ll take care of the rest!
-
absolutely.
100%.
YES.
as someone who grew up with a toy poddle (Cappuccino) and 3 golden retrievers (Princess, Waffles and Cinnamon) I know pets are part of the family too! if you want them there and you know they’re well behaved that’s never going to be a problem with me.

as soon as possible is always good! we’ll want to take your maternity photos around week 25-32 so that you aren’t feeling exhausted and over it. the sooner we start looking at potential dates, the better!
andddd, if you want one less thing to think about leading up to your baby’s arrival, I always recommend booking the bundle. it’s like shopping at costco but for your photos - in bulk and at a discount! then you get to pass off the mental load of having to book your newborn photos to me, and I can take care of it for you.
-
to be able to give you the best experience, I recommend booking at least 2 weeks in advance. this will give us plenty of time to talk about what you are hoping for, plan and shop for outfits, and make sure we can bring your dream photos to life.
-
a signed agreement and retainer fee of $200 (which goes toward your session balance) is due at booking to reserve your date in my calendar!
after that we’ll start planning all the details, and you’ll receive a fun questionnaire to fill out so I can learn about you and know how to serve you best.
I cannot waittttt to make some magic with you!
a gift for youuuu!how to have the most magical
+ stress-free photo session
