I’m here to capture your family’s love story in its truest form, whether that means dressing up in the flowy, boho dresses or you all wearing jeans and t-shirts because that’s what y’all feel most, well, YOU in. because it’s not about my style or my aesthetic, it’s about your family memories that will be hanging in your living room and shared with your friends and family. I truly do not take that lightly.

my approach when taking your photos is very laid back and fun. I’ll guide you if you need a little help at the beginning, and then step back once you’re comfortable to be more of a fly on the wall as we just let the moments happen.

I see your family as if it were my own, and I do my best to document every detail, every in-between moment that as a mama myself I know you’ll want to hold in your heart.

I do my best to get to know you and your family well before your session through an in-depth questionnaire, and then by watching you just be yourselves during our time together.

that way when you look back at your photos,

  • Listen, I THRIVE on chaos! Honestly I prefer it when kids are kids and just want to explore and tell me about the stegosaurus they learned about in school today. I do my best to prepare you as a parent to relax and let them be themselves. They only like wearing jelly shoes right now? Cool with me! They keep sucking their thumb? One day they won’t, but at least you’ll have photos to remember it all.

  • Preferably, yes! To achieve the warm tones and soft sunshine in my work I always shoot one hour before sunset. I promise it’ll be worth it to push your little one’s bedtime for this if need be. BUT! If you need to stick to your bedtime routines for your family’s sanity, we can always make arrangements to shoot at another time. I got you!!

  • This is probably the biggest compliment I get from clients after their sessions: “OH MY GOODNESS, hubby had the best time at our session with you!”

    Does he usually like wearing jeans and a cap? Not a problem! Does he want to do a silly pose? Let’s do it! Does he have all the dad jokes? Bring them!!

    I promise it’s not gonna be the stuffy, awkward experience he may be imagining!

  • As soon as possible!! We’ll want to take your maternity photos around week 28-35 so the sooner we start looking at dates the better.

    I also have a maternity bundle that gives you more bang for your buck and secures both your maternity session AND newborn session all at once so you have one less thing to think about leading up to your babies arrival.

  • Absolutely, 100% YES! They’re part of the family, too, and if you want them there and you know they’ll be well behaved, that’s not a problem with me.

  • To be able to give you an amazing experience, I recommend booking 2-4 weeks out at least. This will give us plenty of time to get to know each other and for me to be able to help you better prepare for those gorgeous photos you’re dreaming of!

  • A retainer fee of $200 (which goes toward your session) is due at booking to reserve your session date in my calendar. Ahhhh I cannot wait to make some magic with you!
